Declan O’Connell BComm, FCA, Diploma in Insolvency is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.  Declan trained and worked in both EY and PWC.  He set up in practice in 1995.  In 2010 he obtained a Diploma in Insolvency with Chartered Accountants Ireland.
